    Have you noticed that everywhere you look something new has acai berry in it? If you’ve been wondering what the deal is – and what it has to do with anti-aging, let us give you the inside scoop.

    Let’s start with the “berry” itself. It is actually the fruit of the Acai Palm. This small, round, purple fruit is about the size of a cranberry or blueberry, and like those fruits, it is loaded with anthocyanins and flavonoids.
